I am serving my first term as Magistrate of District 1, which includes Wards 1, 2, and Lacy Creek. I was born, raised and have lived in Morgan County my whole life. I graduated from Morgan County High School in 2000. I am also a graduate of Big Sandy Community and Technical College and Morehead State University. I have been employed by Lion of Hazel Green as the Maintenance Manager since 2004. I am married to Ashley Pelfrey, Principal of Morgan County High School and we have two children, Kennedy and Kolton.
